When you contact us by phone, text, email, or the website form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and the details of the task you described. That's it.
We do not use tracking cookies on this website (beyond what Google Fonts may set when it serves font files). We do not use analytics that identify you personally. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
That's it. No marketing lists sold to third parties. No data broker stuff. No weird algorithms.
As long as you're a customer, plus approximately 3 years after your last interaction — primarily for bookkeeping and tax records. Text and email history may be retained by the respective providers independent of us.
You can ask us at any time: (a) what we have on file for you, (b) to delete your records, or (c) to stop contacting you. Email tasquatch@tasquatch.work and we'll handle it promptly.
Our services aren't directed at children under 13. If you're a kid somehow reading this, ask a grown-up.
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. For material changes affecting existing customers, we'll reach out directly.
